Everything you need to know to get started with QR codes, your Q Card and Document Vault.
QR Codes
Generate and manage QR codes

Choose your QR type
Select from 8 types: Website URL, Product, Contact Card (vCard), WiFi, Email, SMS, Phone or Plain Text. Each type encodes different information.

Fill in the details
Enter the URL, contact details, WiFi credentials or whatever your QR type requires. A live preview updates as you type.

Enable anti-fraud protection (URL and Product)
For URL and Product QR codes, enable anti-fraud routing. Your QR will route through QRYall so you can switch the destination or flag it as fraudulent at any time without reprinting.
Tip: If counterfeit products appear using your QR code, click "Flag as fraud" and every scan instantly redirects to a fraud warning page.

Download and deploy
Download your QR as PNG, SVG or save as PDF. Print it on packaging, posters, business cards or embed it on your website.

Track scans in real time
Every scan is logged in your dashboard. See when and where your QR codes are being scanned, how many times, and on which devices.

Set up your digital business card

Choose your card URL
During signup, pick your unique card URL: qryall.com/yourname. This never changes so choose carefully. It becomes your permanent digital identity.

Build your card
Add your name, title, company, photo, bio, phone, email, website and social links. Everything updates live no app needed to view your card.

Share it
Share your card URL, let people scan your QR code, or tap your NFC card (if you have one). The person who scans can exchange their contact details with you automatically.

Capture leads
When someone visits your card, they can submit their contact details. These appear in your leads dashboard and can be exported as a CSV.

Add your team
As an admin, invite team members or create cards directly for staff. You can see all team leads and analytics from your dashboard.
Tip: Team members can be invited by email or created directly they don't need to sign up first.

Protect your documents

Upload or create your document
Upload an existing PDF, Word document, JPG or PNG or type/paste content to create a new text document. Maximum 20MB per file.

Choose your watermark
Select a preset (CONFIDENTIAL, IMPORTANT, PATENT PENDING, OFFICIAL DEED, RESUME, COPYRIGHT, DRAFT) or write custom text. Choose colour and opacity.

Enable protection layers
Turn on the invisible ownership signature an AES-256 encrypted record of your email, name, document title and creation date, embedded silently in the document. Only you can reveal it.
Invisible signature: If someone claims to own your document, ask them to reveal the invisible signature. They cannot only the registered owner can decrypt it. This is your legal proof of creation.

Add QR verification badge
A QR code is embedded in your document. Anyone who receives the document can scan it to reach your public verification page and confirm the document is authentic and registered.

Share the verification link
Copy the verification link and share it alongside your document. When anyone visits it, they see confirmation the document is registered in QRYall and every visit is logged in your verification history.
