1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRYall ("the Service") at qryall.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRYall provides tools for generating and managing QR codes, creating digital business cards (Q Cards) and protecting documents with watermarks and digital signatures ("Document Vault"). Some features are available without registration; full functionality requires a free or paid account.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QRYall to:

• Generate QR codes or documents containing illegal, harmful or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Distribute malware, phishing links or spam
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data

5. Document Vault and Ownership Claims

QRYall's Document Vault provides technical tools for watermarking and timestamping documents. Invisible signatures create a record tied to your account at the time of upload. QRYall does not guarantee legal recognition of these signatures in any jurisdiction. For legally binding document protection, consult a qualified legal professional.

6. QR Codes and Anti-Fraud Features

Anti-fraud QR routing means your QR codes are redirected through qryall.com/q/. If your account is terminated, these redirects may stop working. You are responsible for ensuring QR codes in print or circulation contain accurate information.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant QRYall a limited licence to store and serve your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents, QR codes or card content.

8. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that documents protected via QRYall will be recognised as legally valid in any jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

QRYall's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
